About

Decrim 305 is a grassroots initiative led by current and former sex workers aimed at decriminalizing sex work in Miami-Dade County and Florida. Our mission involves providing resources, public education, and advocating for legislative change to decriminalize sex work. Our focus extends beyond legal reforms, encompassing the right to unionize, protection of workers' rights, and the liberation of sex workers from incarceration, along with expunging their records.

Our dedicated team is primarily composed of individuals with firsthand experience in the industry. We actively engage in direct community action by organizing and funding projects such as self-defense kits, contraceptive kits, and Narcan distribution programs. Moreover, we collaborate with various community organizations to facilitate access to resources that we may not directly offer. Collaboration and coalition building stand as fundamental values guiding our efforts.
